[WB21] SCM question

Hi,

Last week my internet connection was down for a while.
I needed to continue working, so I ticked the checkbox "continue for mobile users" or something like that.
Now the SCM tab in the project description has changed to "No developper groupware and no SCM".
Each time I start the project I have to go to the project description and change it to connect to SCM, but this setting is no longer stored, next time I start it has gone again.
This happens for ALL SCM projects!
Does anybody know how to fix this?
