windev 21 Fault in WDW file ?

Hi I get this message?

Unable to save the C:\My projects\WDAdministratie\WIN_dagboek.wdw file

This results in not being able to reun my project ? I use widows 10 and sometimes the myprojects folder is read onley ?? So I change that and then sometimes it worked .

Now this is not the case. Huh anyone an Idea how to solve this issue. I can run other projects so it has nothing to do with the read onley stuff.
