[WB19] FileDisplay without opening file

Hallo

I want to download a txt file to the users computer but I don't want the file to be opened in the browser or for the user to be asked whether he/she want to open the file, or to confirm the file name.

I know FileDisplay is the answer but how to get past the requirements above?
