Hi. I had an old industry serial button as device for giving a human input to a WD software.
Recently I need to convert this serial input into an usb input.
I was thinking about builind an usb button using a common usb gamepad/joystick circuit.
Is there a simple way to trap / detect the key-press action on a gamepad in WD?
I read about a "parrot" sample with a joystick component inside but it's huge to study in few days. All I need is sense the event of tap on one of the gamepad buttons, as I did with serial input button.
Or the only way is WinMM.dll?
Thank you in advance.
Stefano
