EmailRunApp [WD21] Error (4 replies)

Hello,

the command EmailRunApp() works fine on some PCs but on others get the following error:

All PCs have the same version of Outlook and Windows and Outlook is set as the default email client,

What happened?

Anyone else had this problem and know of the reason?
