[WD21] HFCS Compact Memo removes HInfoMemo data (no replies)

Yikes..

Just started testing latest version of HFCS 21 067c.

After running optimization from CC and selecting Compact Memos, HInfoMemo only returns type and size. Name, Date, and Time are blank after compaction..
