I use the Windev runtime Dlls beside the exe file, not included in it.
After Update 2, new dlls are created dated 10/21/2016. The prior dlls are dated 6/13/2016.
After installing Update 2
The first time I run a program that was recompiled after installing update 2, I get a dialog (in French) asking if I want to install the "new" updated dlls. If I click the (french) No button the program continues using the installed dlls.
It does look as though the size of some of the dlls have changed, so I am guessing that some adjustments have been made and the new dlls really should be used.
