[WM] - How to run a thread in background even when app is not running? (1 reply)

Hello,

I have need to check internet every few minutes and if internet is available the app should fetch some data and save the same to local storage in Android.

I have build the app but I don't know as to how can I get the app thread to run in background and fetch data an prescribed interval.

Please guide me.
