Encryption : AES-256-CBC compare to cryptAES256 vs cryptCBC

Anyone can help to explain what is Encryption standard for AES-256-CBC?

This is from the bank requirement.

Is is same with cryptAES256 + cryptCBC ?

Hope that this type of encryption is available with WX23.
