WM 23 Platform problem (1 reply)

I am trying to create an app for a client that uses a Motorola Droid Turbo (XT1254) running Android 6.0.1 but I cannot find an appropriate SDK or how to use the Android Studio to get/build one.

Using the built in WM tools for 6.0 crash.

Does anyone have an SDK or suggestions?
