How to Convert JP2 file to JPEG

Hello All;

I am working on some project and in between stucked with a file format issue. I am using a query to fetch data from a data source and while extracting the data i got the result as a filename.JP2 file. I need to convert it to JPEG format for viewing inside WINDEV. Hope some dll frameworks will fix the issue.Can anyone help me out with a solution. I have attached a a sample for testing.
