[WB] Dutch "verwerkingsovereeenkomst" obligatory for SAAS

Hi,

I'm delivering SAAS applications.
According to Dutch law there's an obligation to provide a "verwerkingsovereenkomst" (data processing agreement) based on a privacy law.
Are there any Dutch developers out here who have experience with such an agreement and are willing to share a model of such an agreement?
