RS232 opening error for WINDEV application (no replies)

HI,
We are having application developed in WINDEV.
Whenever I'm trying to run some functions it's giving below error message-

RS232 opening error:
The security mechanism of WLanguage has detected an error on the port.
Details of the system error: The system can not find the file specified.

After this error we are able to see the data correctly but why this error is coming? and how to fix the issue?
